2. SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT

   3. This list is not complete. The Service Administration reserves the right to moderate and block extensions and accounts in the affiliate program at its sole discretion.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES The
   1. Service undertakes:
      • to fully ensure all obligations to the Partner and the End User in accordance with the conditions stipulated in this Agreement, from the moment this Agreement is concluded. Non-fulfillment of obligations by the Service may arise in the event of force majeure situations;

      • block any accounts that violate the terms of this Agreement and the Rules or contradict them;
   3. The Partner undertakes:
      • to familiarize himself with its content before the conclusion of the Agreement;
      • be fully responsible for the extension that is declared in this affiliate program for embedding monetization;
      • provide complete, truthful and up-to-date contact information about yourself;
      • not to abuse the system resources of the Service, namely: to use software errors or create an abnormal load on the server;
   4. The end user undertakes to:
      • before the conclusion of the Agreement, familiarize himself with its content;
      • be fully responsible for the results of using the scripts provided by the Services;
5. PERIOD OF VALIDITY, PROCEDURE FOR TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

   2. This Agreement may be terminated by agreement of the parties.

   5. All disputes and disagreements arising between the Service and the Partner, which cannot be resolved based on this Agreement, shall first be attempted to be settled through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the disputes shall then be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the matter may then be referred to arbitration, in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules and procedures
